Friday 12-16-2016 10:00 - 2:30 Comcast router configuration - Setup DHCP (10.1.10.50 - 250) - Setup the 2.4Ghz and 5.0GHz wireless networks. Ubiquiti initial setup - Connected 6 PoE (power over ethernet) power adapters to the network and the Ubiquiti wireless access points in a test configuration. - Setup Ubiquiti WiFi management station; configured the primary and guest SSID names and passwords. - Created the Ubiquiti cloud account. Phone system setup - Setup the phone base unit with the correct time and date. - Connected two handsets and 3 additional corded phone units as one integrated system with a working Line 1 and LIne 2.

Saturday 12-17-2016 12:00 - 6:00 Relocated Comcast equipment and wiring - Installed the Comcast router, VOIP phone unit, 8 port switch, PoE adapters, wires, etc. into the wiring closet. - Drilled holes, organized cables with zip ties, etc. as necessary to organize the equipment. Ubiquiti wireless access points - Ran Cat5e wiring from the 8 port switch to 4 points in the ceiling. - Used the Ubiquiti utility to determine that all access points were up and working normally.
